“Hello, my name is Adelaida Blanch. I am a licensed General Health Psychologist, psychotherapist, and I collaborate with Clara Psicología. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in a variety of mental health centres and services, including public and community-based care settings (CAP, SRC, Community Reintegration Service, and SIAD – Women’s Information and Support Service). I am a member of the Spanish Federation of Psychotherapy Associations (FEAP), the Acadèmia de Ciències Mèdiques i de la Salut de Catalunya i de Balears, the Baix Llobregat Mental Health Association, and the Association of Liver Patients and Transplant Recipients of Catalonia.

I have extensive experience supporting people who have experienced trauma (complex trauma, abuse, violence, and related difficulties such as dissociation), as well as other forms of psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and personality disorders, among others. I also support personal rebuilding processes, adapting the therapeutic work to each person’s individual life story.

I would describe myself as a calm, empathetic, and consistent person, qualities that I bring into my therapeutic work. My approach is integrative, with a foundation in trauma psychotherapy (psychotraumatology, EMDR, and sensorimotor psychotherapy), logotherapy, mindfulness, and art therapy. I am passionate about recognising the strengths in each person, supporting emotional regulation and facilitating deep processes of personal change.”
