How does online therapy work?

1. Contact me to request your first online session, and we’ll arrange a date that suits you. I’ll send you a link to connect when the time comes.

2. Payment is made in advance. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the session begins.

3. When it’s time for your session, find a quiet space with a good Internet connection and enable your camera and microphone. Click on the link you will have received, which will take you to our video call on Eholo, a psychology appointment management platform that complies with legal data protection and security regulations.

4. The first online session is a judgment-free space to talk about what’s happening in your life or whatever you need. I’ll ask you some questions and provide some feedback. If you wish, we can also set goals. This first session is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for you to assess whether you feel this is the right service for you at this time.
